Payment for your first order is automatically withdrawn from your credit card when you place your order. For subsequent deliveries, your payment card will be charged one day prior to delivery. All prices are inclusive VAT.

The customer accepts to receive delivery of ordered nutrition drinks every second month. Three days before delivery date, Smartfish will send a text message about the upcoming delivery to the phone number indicated in the order. The orders will be delivered continuously until the customer terminates the order or places it on hold. Cancellations, postponements, date changes or changes in delivery address can be made any time. For changes to take effect at current delivery, they must be made at the latest within one day after reception of the text message with delivery notice from Smartfish. Notice of termination or other changes must be done on “My Smartfish” or by mail to [email protected]. Smartfish has sold and delivered the goods when they are delivered at the designated address.

When purchasing a trial package, products are only delivered once. Delivery is by mail or courier, depending on delivery address. The price stated for the trial package includes sales tax and shipping costs.

Nutrition drinks for medical purposes are only sold through pharmacies.

Complaints and withdrawal

If you wish to return the items, please notify Smartfish within 14 days after receipt. The items (inclusive the invoice) shall be returned. The customer is responsible for any freight costs. The address for return of items is: Smartfish AS, c/o In Time Logistics AB, Plåtvägen 1, 443 61 STENKULLEN, SWEDEN.
